How long is the offer valid for?

The initial offer is valid for 7 days before site appraisal, and the formal offer is extended for 2 days after third-party inspection. The offer cannot remain outstanding for a long period because of market changes on a daily basis. If you need more than 48 hours to make a decision, we are happy to reassess market conditions and refresh your offer at a later date.
